Not a good value for the money. Old ran down and smell of cat piss very evident

The room did not have a remote control for the TV and the coffee was decaf only. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the front desk personnel, and he didn’t seem to give it any attention. On the other hand, the shuttle bus drivers were awesome!

Airport shuttle punctual and frequent. Cookies delicious, staff kind and efficient . Great restaurant on premises.

The pool looked nice but wasnt accessible because it was packed with a guest who had a birthday party at the hotel pool. The floors were wet all threw the the hotel for hours, they did use caution cones. The hotel room was clean, but the toilet paper holder rolls were hanging off the wall held on by the wallpaper. There was no hot water to shower or wash up, not even luke warm it was ice cold water. The front desk at check out was rude and dismissive. Perhaps frustrated about the questions and complaints from all the guests paying full prices for hotel rooms with no hot water available? Idk she snapped at me with a what do you want ? A receipt? Followed by reprimanded someone on the phone about getting the water fixed. Very unprofessional behavior. No discount or help for the inconvenience, not politely thanked for the stay. Just disregarded rudely while trying to check out. The staff tending to the breakfast area were kind, helpful and accommodating. The night gentleman staff member at the front desk was helpful and had a polite mannerism.

We were greeted by Roy with a smile, fresh cookies, coffee and tea. Roy was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Maria fixed a wonderful breakfast, was cheerful and friendly.
